IASSI publishes a quarterly journal of social sciences in the name of IASSI Quaterly. The latest issue-Vol.18 no. 4 relating to April-June 2000 is under preparation.  It will be a special issue devoted to and coinciding with Professor D.R.Gadgil's Centenary Birth Day Celebration.

Special efforts are made to devote individual issues of the journal to specific social themes. For this, collaboration is sometimes made with specialised research bodies. Papers presented at seminars and conferences, devoted to specific themes, are also used for publishing theme - centred issues. Till now issues on the following themes have been published:
